  • Dave Rexrode

    Dave Rexrode is the Founder and President of the Bluestone Strategies and Consulting Group, a state-focused government, public affairs, and strategic management firm.  He has spent more than two decades working to elect candidates at all levels of government and enact impactful policy initiatives across the country. He has worked on three presidential campaigns, managed two congressional campaigns and a gubernatorial campaign, served as the National Coalitions Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) and as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV). He has also managed and consulted on dozens of local and state legislative races across the country. In 2015, he became the Political Director of the Republican Governors Association (RGA) where he flipped multiple states and helped build the largest Republican gubernatorial majority in a generation.  In 2019, he became the Executive Director of the RGA where he served as a senior political adviser to the nations 28 Republican governors and directed $400 million in support of the governors and candidates in all 50 states, and helped advance public policy initiatives across the country.

  • Dee Duncan

    Prior to founding Foundation Strategies Dee Duncan served as the President of the Republican State Leadership Committee for four years, overseeing significant growth in engagement, fundraising, and political activity. During his tenure, he implemented strategic improvements that enhanced outreach efforts and strengthened the organization's financial and political capabilities. Under his leadership, fundraising reached record levels, with over $180 million raised between both cycles. Additionally, under Dee’s leadership, the committee expanded its political operation, playing a key role in shaping electoral outcomes during the historic 2023-2024 election cycle. Prior to his time with the RSLC, Dee held various roles at both the state and national levels including serving as Deputy Campaign Manager and Political Director for Florida Senator, Marco Rubio. 

    A native of Texas and a graduate of Texas Tech University, he currently lives in McLean, VA with his wife Anna and their three children, Ford, Rogers and Mae.

  • Scott Will

    Scott Will served as the Executive Director of the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) from 2015-2018. During his time at RAGA, the organization raised more than $85 million and saw more than two dozen new Republican state attorneys general win office. Scott also served as the Vice President of the Rule of Law Defense Fund (RLDF), a public policy organization focused on issues relevant to Republican attorneys general. Prior to RAGA, Scott spent more than a decade in high-level campaign management and consulting roles all over the country for candidates such as SBA Administrator Linda McMahon and West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. A graduate of The University of Iowa with degrees in Political Science and History, Scott now resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Colette.
