Prior to founding Foundation Strategies Dee Duncan served as the President of the Republican State Leadership Committee for four years, overseeing significant growth in engagement, fundraising, and political activity. During his tenure, he implemented strategic improvements that enhanced outreach efforts and strengthened the organization’s financial and political capabilities. Under his leadership, fundraising reached record levels, with over $180 million raised between both cycles. Additionally, under Dee’s leadership, the committee expanded its political operation, playing a key role in shaping electoral outcomes during the historic 2023-2024 election cycle. Prior to his time with the RSLC, Dee held various roles at both the state and national levels including serving as Deputy Campaign Manager and Political Director for Florida Senator, Marco Rubio.
A native of Texas and a graduate of Texas Tech University, he currently lives in McLean, VA with his wife Anna and their three children, Ford, Rogers and Mae.
