Dave Rexrode is the Founder and President of the Bluestone Strategies and Consulting Group, a state-focused government, public affairs, and strategic management firm. He has spent more than two decades working to elect candidates at all levels of government and enact impactful policy initiatives across the country. He has worked on three presidential campaigns, managed two congressional campaigns and a gubernatorial campaign, served as the National Coalitions Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) and as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV). He has also managed and consulted on dozens of local and state legislative races across the country.
In 2015, he became the Political Director of the Republican Governors Association (RGA) where he flipped multiple states and helped build the largest Republican gubernatorial majority in a generation. In 2019, he became the Executive Director of the RGA where he served as a senior political adviser to the nations 28 Republican governors and directed $400 million in support of the governors and candidates in all 50 states, and helped advance public policy initiatives across the country.
